J.T Tota holds a BSc Honours in Quantity Surveying who has experience working at Tuwana Construction Company in Botswana and Arad Consult in the United Emirates. He strives to ensure that Vicadley Construction Company achieves world class construction standards. He manages all costs associated with projects from initial start up to the acquisition of materials.

T Chuchu is a Holder of a Diploma in Civil Engineering and over a decade of experience in the construction industry. He is our key contact person in the projects and he oversee all the planning, designing as well as the construction and maintenance of building structures. In all Vicadley Construction Projects, our Civil Engineer is onsite to ensure that all rules, regulations and guidelines are being followed explicitly.

E Chikanga plays a very crucial role in our company’s success as she coordinates and participates in the implementation of Safe Work Procedure, investigation of incidents, accidents and near misses. She holds a Diploma in Safety Health and Environmental Management and with her knowledge she ensures that standards, policies and regulations in Vicadley Construction Company are maintained to create a safe working environment for our staff.
